Darcy's work focuses on peer relations during adolescence and young adulthood, specifically how they affect psychopathology, specifically stress, depression, and suicide. Currently, she is focusing on adolescent and young adult interactions on social media, defender behaviors, and peer victimization online and in the classroom.
Darcy is interested in collaborating on projects that look at cyberbullying and suicidality in adolescents and young adults. Additionally, she is interested in future projects which examine how Facebook could be used in suicide prevention. Contact Darcy if you are interested in collaborating.
